Regional Sales Coordinator

A Regional Sales Coordinator fully supports the Sales Team and DOS, by ensuring a successful organization of the office administration and co-ordination function. To work with the Sales Team in support to their objectives under the guidance of the DOS and the Sales Manager’s, and with close co-ordination with the hotels operations’ teams, working to deliver Hilton’s mission of outstanding customer service.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Establish effective liaison and communication process with the key operating departments within the hotel to ensure delivery of customer/client requirements.
• Become the point of contact to the sales team on the internal and external levels.
• Organize and manage the sales administration on daily basis, maintaining a productive and effective support service to the sales office.
• Assist the DOS in Administration, typing & organization of the office.
• Develop and maintain productive, service focused working relationships with customers, representing the company and becoming a known point of contact.
• Provide accurate and up to date information and alternatives, responding to requests in a timely manner.
• Continually audit and review office management and administration systems (Reports) , highlighting and resolving any problems that occur and implementing improvements where necessary.
• Maintain accurate sales team data, preparing and presenting reports to agreed deadlines.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of Hilton’s products and services.
• Manage the Fidelio and associated software systems, ensuring operating procedures and standards are met and the new staff trained in their operation.
• Follow up on each and every piece of business trace dates in its own segment.
• Follow up on the sales team’s GEM activities and ensure it is processed.
• Respond on inquiries during sales team absence in an effective and timely manner and to report back to the team such inquiries.
• Be able to answer to operational team’s questions and inquiries regarding any confirmed or tentative business.
• Be able to make sales calls.
• Be able to manage small to medium size accounts via sales activities and sales visits.
