At the moment we are looking for Guest Relation Executive to join our youthful and dynamic team at Holiday Inn Sisli in Istanbul.
As a Guest Relation Executive you will be responsible for following;

- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure ·
- Monitor that the IHG Rewards Club members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP's receive special recognition and service ·
- Review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests
- Informs other operational departments such as Housekeeping and F&B on matters related to arrival times, special requests and VIP amenities set up. Regularly reviews and develops the standards of VIP amenities following guest comments.
- Oversee maintenance of efficient repeat guest history system
- Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery ·
- Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system
- Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
- Be familiar with all in-house groups
- Have knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures as required
- Answer all guest inquiries in a timely and professional nature.
- Perform such functions as to include: IHG Rewards Club and regular guest welcome letters, Solicitation of IHG Rewards Club applications, Attending to special requests by guests, Develop and implement guest telephone contact systems.
- Monitors the enrolment and correct handling and updating of IHG Rewards Club Membership in the system.
- Fluent in English, an added advantage
