Production Supervisor

Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor the shift leaders and adjust schedules as needed.
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Maximize the production process to lower costs.
• Coordinate with different departments in the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs.
• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers.

• Bachelor’s degree and above in major of industrial engineer,business engineer structure etc.
• Skilled with MS Office.
• Good level of spoken and written in English.
• Must have good logical skills and should be detail-oriented.
• Good communication skill and be optimistic.
• Must have production working experience at least 3 years.
• Must have daily prepare report. 
• Must have management skills.
• Should be work time flexibility.
