Campaign Management Assistant Specialist

We are looking for "Campaign Management Assistant Specialist" to join our Sales & Customer Experience Management Team.

This role will be supporting multi-channel customer campaigns including coordination, execution and scenario planning of online & offline display marketing and email campaigns on Hürriyet Dünyası online and offline channels. Responsibilities include critically important and timely customer segmentation, campaign test strategies, and performance reporting and campaign outputs. In addition, this position is key to providing strategic support and insights on the development and evolution of our highly relevant and dynamic customer engagement strategies and managing and monitoring expenses.

• Develop and maintain project plans to update third parties on status of campaigns
• Determine and execute marketing tactics, create, manage and optimize campaigns and budgets.
• Work closesly with online & offline advertising teams to create multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Develop and leverage quantitatively-derived, fact and insight-based customer segmentation framework that identifies and prioritizes the highest potential customers in order to appropriately allocate marketing resources
• Identify market and competitive trends that are impacting segment customers and those that are seen as opportunities for new business.
• Execute strategic market analysis that clearly defines growth opportunities within the segment.

•          B.A./B.Sc. degree from a reputable university in marketing, management, economy, engineering, or a related field, 
•          0-2 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Experience Management (CEM), and Segment Management 
•          Good understanding of customer and direct marketing management, 
•          Initiative and self-drive to work in a constantly changing environment
•          Excellent communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, good project management skills
•          Good level of using MS Office programs, reporting tools.
•          Experience in Google Analytics is a plus.
