Software Development Manager

We're looking for a "Software Development Manager" to join our Ebusiness Team.

• Team planning, realizing distribution of duties and following activities according to the priorities of the projects.
• Monitoring that the projects are coded as planned and informing the relevant units in this respect.
• Realizing the projects according to their deadlines within the determined quality limits.
• Finding performance problems arising from the software and realizing the necessary processes.
• Ensuring the release of software with minimum errors and correcting them within the shortest time.
• Contributing to the technical analysis of projects when necessary.
• Delegating works and providing supervisory support to the team.

•          Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technologies or related fields
•          2+ years of team leading, 6+ years of development experience in .Net platform
•          Expert in OOP, SOA and design patterns
•          Excellent programming skills in Microsoft .Net with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, WCF and SQL knowledge
•          Experienced in RDBMS (Microsoft SQL preffered)
•          Focus on peer mentoring, code reviews, architectural consultancy and team-work
•          Hands-on experience in tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Octopus
•          Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, unit testing, build processes, testing, and         operations

Additional Skills & Experience (Plus):

•          Experience in Lucene, Solr, ElasticSearch, Memcached, Redis, Hadoop, Storm, MongoDB, Cassandra is a plus
•          Experience with building enterprise applications that have been successfully delivered to customers
•          Experience with agile development methodologies
