Hurriyet Daily News, Turkey’s prominent English-language newspaper, is looking for a full time COPY EDITOR to join its dynamic staff in its headquarters in Istanbul.
Required Skills
-Be a Native English speaker, knowledge of Turkish language is preferred,
-Be experienced in proofreading/copy editing at newspapers,
-Have the ability to work on tight deadlines and produce snappy headlines and sharp ledes,
-Have strong communication and problem-solving skills,
-Have an affiliation with Turkish culture and politics,
-Should have no problems related to working in Turkey,
-Have good knowledge of office PC applications.
