Job Description:
- Preparing periodical domestic and abroad working schedules, coordinating and controlling application process of the related plan,
- Studying on subjects that can lead to or support new domestic and abroad investment and enterprise decisions,
- Utilizing market opportunities that can provide competitive advantages to the corporation,
- Setting budgets of renting and purchasing, ensuring that it gets done and carrying out required controls according to periodical plans and decisions,
- Getting in touch with shopping mall managers, improving business relations, presenting appropriate agreements to the senior management,
- Conducting feasibility studies on streets, shopping malls and markets that are planned to get into by the senior management’s strategic decisions, conducting market researches and reporting their results to the senior management,
- Managing rental processes, having rental agreements done, controlling terms of agreement’s functioning,
- Investigating for stores that are decided to open and by examining all features of the place providing the most appropriate design to be applied,
- Having supplyment of related materials done, controlling their costs, quality and due dates,
- Conducting researches about improving and revising architectural concepts, following world merchandising trends, informing their team about improvements, sharing transformation projects with the senior management.

Qualifications:
• University degree (BSc / MSc ) in related disciplines,
• Good command of English both oral and written,
• Strong business acumen,
• Skill-set which enables the management and development of staff,
• Experience of managing a team-demonstrating strong leadership skills,
• Ability to be pro-active and self-motivated,
• Flexibility with hours to suit the business needs,
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines,
• Basic knowledge of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook),
• Administrator is bound to make reporting.
