Project Management & Business Development Manager

-Assisting in the definition and follow-up of Teb Cetelem Industrial Plan
-Participating in the development of business development initiatives
-Acting as the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution
-Assisting with advising managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches
-Acting as the first point of contact for AFS Industrial Plan
-Assisting in the management of key business development initiatives
-Tracking and reporting on project portfolio performance, providing a real time, comprehensive, and  prioritized view of all projects
-Developing positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the Industrial Plan and provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training

-University degree
-Fluent in English (both in written and in oral)
-French would be a plus
-Advanced level MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
-Travelling (if necessary) in Turkey and overseas
-Professional and positive approach
-Dynamic and vigorous
-Diligent with attention to detail
-Ability to cope under pressure
-Collaborates well, Team player, and able to work on own initiative
-Self motivated & self sufficient
-Effective communication skills at all level
-Assertive, adaptable, and creative 
-Proven Project Management experience
-Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
-Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective
-Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
-Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
