Quality Control Engineer for Assembly

Before production:

• Develop and deploy quality policies, procedures and regulations in line with local legal and company corporate requirements
• Prepare and develop the documents for the certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and so on
• Organize and conduct QMS (quality management system) activities (internal and external audits)
• Establish the quality system and get the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for the company

After Production:

• Material incoming inspection activities
• To make the quality control for Assembling process of the production
• Implementing and maintaining Quality Management System,
• Manage all day to day activity within Quality Department
• Product final inspection activities
• Regularly measure and report product conformity, process performance, quality costs, quality scores of the factory
• Report to Line Managers: deliveries, quality performances, production status, etc
• Establish coordination between suppliers Production Lines
• Take role in new suppliers evaluations 
• Detect non-conformances, prepare NCR(nonconformance) reports and follow supplier action plans for continious improvement

General Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical or other related Engineering Faculties,
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Quality Control for assembly in a factory
• Experienced in automotive &railway  industries is preferred
• Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing preferably automotive –railway production (including steel works, machining, welding, assembly, and painting operations) is preferred
• Experience in long term and large scale industrial and/or production projects
• Experience in working with engineering/automotive or manufacturing for large-scale international projects
• Good command of English both written and oral
• Knowledge and experienced in quality assurance systems and  process management (ISO/TS 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Ability to work to demanding deadlines
• Demonstrated analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having strong leadership skills and a good team leader
• Able to travel in Turkey & abroad
• Able to work in Sincan Industrial Organized Zone
• Should have driving licence
• Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business
