Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment throughout Xerox Customer Care Solutions Turkey and  day-to-day recruitment and selection of the Turkish and German related operation;
• Perform the pre-screening process on applicants and schedule interviews;
• Interview qualified candidates;
• Assess candidates abilities as potential employees;
• Make job offers to the selected candidates;
• Hold background check of potential employees;
• Follow up on prospects by contacting no call – no show candidate, identify reasons for absence and reschedule for interview;
• Make recruitment reports and share this with departments and operation in concern.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelors degree from a related field ;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment sides of HR ;
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people;
• Pro-active, motivated team member ;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications ;
• Good command of German and English both written and spoken ;
• No military obligation for male candidates
