For a Start-Up HR Consultancy firm that will soon be facilitating in Turkey, Data Expert is looking for a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Consumer & Retail – Business Services practices.

Job Description

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Recruiter with a proven track record of developing business consistently. Working as part of a team of experienced professionals, you will be supported and encouraged to develop and extend your business relationships within your focus practices. Your role will include:

- Detecting and Developing New Clients, Markets and Business Opportunities

- Contact Potential Clients and Manage Business Development Activities

- Manage whole recruitment process for the projects assumed by the client

- Interview and assess the candidates, complete the recruitment activities for the client

- Build up and retain networks through people and companies

- Build up strong relationship with the clients and provide high quality of service

- Make Continuous Market and Candidate Observation within Focus Practices

Required Skills

- A naturally persuasive quality driven approach to sales & marketing

- Strong written & verbal communication abilities both in Turkish and English

- Excellent communication and networking skills, able to work under pressure

- Result oriented, ambitious and commercial minded with self-motivation

- Able to work in a win-win environment, challange seeker

- Willing to add value to his/her company as well as own-development

- University degree from a reputable university

Package

Salary: 50K TL Fix Salary Yearly

Bonus: 20K TL Overall Bonus Yearly
