The job holder will be responsible for upholding the WA strategy and ensuring the promotion of WA products and services in Turkey, Middle East and Balkans .

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, mechatronics, Metallurgy  or  similar technical field
• Extensive travelling in the region, 50-70% of his time.
• Ability to manage and supervise 
• Previous industrial or technical sales experience within the Steel, Cement or Mining industries, with the ability to negotiate, persuade and influence
• Previous experience within or proven knowledge of the region would be an advantage
• General knowledge of the welding industry would be an advantage
• Strong team player
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who has the ability to prioritize, multi-task and deal with pressure
• Time management and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation design and delivery skills.
• Sound interpersonal skills with outgoing personality, in order to build relationships at all levels with internal and external customers
• Good communication skills
• Good IT literacy
• Driving License
• Excellent English  
• Military service completed
