METRO PROPERTIES Turkey is now seeking for "Marketing Responsible” at its Shopping Center in Gaziantep.
Job Description :
Responsibility to initiate, develop, implement and maintain the Shopping Centers’ leadership position in the market, with the right plan and strategy at a conceptual and operational level, Play an active role in:
- Following worldwide sector trends, analytically working on consumers surveys and making strategic offers accordingly,
- Carefully analysing the target groups, understanding the business needs and market drivers of the local business units,
- Developing the processes, tools and solutions to support the organisation,
- Preparing and implementing the yearly marketing strategies, plans&budgets, together with the related business units,
- Preparing the related operational reports,
- Ensuring the implementation of the Corporate Identity,- Developing and sustaining the press relations.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree, preferably in Business Management, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Communication and etc. from a reputable university, with a specialisation in Marketing or related subjects,
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Turkish (German is an asset)
- Excellent expertise in marketing, market development and the customer,
- Excellent expertise in teamwork,- Entrepreneurial, creative and customer oriented,
- Strong ability to quickly grasp and adapt to daily business,
- Preferably experience in shopping centers/ retail sector, FMCG industry
- Work experience for at least 3 years,
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills,
- Energetic and driven with a real hands-on approach to get the job done.
