Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, will be located on a 60 hectare waterfront site on the northern side of the peninsula, at 'Cennet Koyu' or Paradise Bay, offering panoramic views over the Aegean Sea. Built on a series of levels nestled in the resort's landscaped hillside, surrounded by ancient olive groves and pine trees, this luxurious destination resort offers the perfect retreat. The resort's 82 exclusive guestrooms and 24 suites will provide the largest accommodation in the area, all with stunning sun-decks and terraces, and many with private gardens and infinity edged pools.

 

 

SCOPE AND RANGE

 

Direct the hotels sales team in archiving the room revenue goals as laid out in the hotel Marketing Plan.

 

Responsible for all room sales, solicitation of new business and implementing sales action plans set forth in the marketing plan.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Together with the Director of Marketing implement the agreed rate structure and strategy for all market segments.

 

Direct all sales activities for sales managers and ensure that they meet the goals of the marketing plan and those of the Measurable Results System.

 

Responsibilties

 

  •  To direct the hotel's sales team in maximizing sales activities to achieve business objectives
  •  To manage the day-to-day running of the sales office while driving the accountability of the team
  •  To maintain visibility in the local and international marketplace through monthly travel and daily correspondence
  •  To build a loyal client base of purveyors of luxury travel to grow high end bookings
  •  To assume full responsibility for account management for self and team
  •  To support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing strategic sales initiatives

 

Aranan Nitelikler

A results-oriented director with a proven track record in sales across all market segments (corporate, Leisure, Group). Proven competencies in relationships with existing accounts and ability to develop new ones in the luxury market. Must have experience in the management of a sales team.

  • Experience in a 5 star hotel/resort is preferable 
  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a hotel sales leadership role.
  • English knowledge - spoken and written
  • Experienced in Corporate, Leisure and Group markets with strong skills in relationship building
  • Impeccable professional image
  • Engaging, dynamic personality, motivated, excellent with figures and ready for a challenging professional experience
