TRIES Mühendislik Tasarım ve Ürün Geliştirme Merkezi San. Tic. A.Ş. located in Kartal/Istanbul is a subsidiary of SANKO Holding. TRIES is an Engineering & Consulting Company primarily established to serve MST Construction Machines and Başak Tractors  both being  Sanko Group Products.

In an effort to expand the activities in and outside the Group, TRIES is now seeking for bright engineers-fresh graduates, M.Sc and Ph.D students to join their research and development team with the following requirements:


General Requirements:

• B.Sc / M.Sc degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad,
• Fluency in English to support international work environment,
• No restriction in travelling abroad frequently,
• Working knowledge of CATIA V5 and / or ProE program,
• Good command of MS Office Programs
• Excellent presentation skills,
• No military service obligation or at least postponed until 2017 for male candidates
• Demonstrated interest in production and product development,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills,
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills,
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development,
• Strong ability to work in a highly utilized project management and product development environment,
• Located in or relocatable to the Anatolian side of Istanbul,
• Ph.D, fluency in German, School Project participation, experience in engine and powertrain development projects will be regarded as added assets.

Candidates are expected to:

• Develop system level design verification plans using reliability methods,
• Follow up and/or execute system level engine and powertrain tests,
• Perform engine teardowns and post-test inspections,
• Lead and perform mechanical development activities,
• Have good knowledge of product development quality tools and methods,
• Be experienced in design of experiments,
• Be familiar with AVL-Puma Dynamometer Software,
• Be team oriented,
