The role we are looking to recruit will work in a small team based in Besiktas for a well respected company of over 30 years experience called IMAJ.

IMAJ entered into an agreement with a UK based company 6 months ago to create a joint business servicing in the delivery space the interests of cinema exhibitors (eg Mars entertainment) and film companies (Studios such as Disney and Distributors such as BKM).

This joint business is fast growing and dynamic and has been successful at establishing itself in Turkey in just a few months. Due to the fact we are growing we need to hire talented, enthusiastic people.

Responsibilities

•       Installing and configuring software
•       Troubleshooting and resolving complex implementation issues in regards to interface and information exchanges
•       Offering technical and business process telephone support to technical and non-technical customers
•       Monitoring software and hardware performance using remote access tools
•       Occasionally visiting customer sites to offer additional customer support
•       Producing Customer Support and Help Desk reports for management and customers as required
•       Liaising with software engineers and hardware engineers where required
•       Perform User Acceptance Testing if required
•       Perform basic user training if required
•       To provide 24/7 coverage as part of a team

The role is based in Beşiktaş and the person must be in the office from no later than 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on a Monday to Friday basis, a telephone will be provided to enable the out of hours contact that is requirement of this role (shared with other members of this team).

• University degree preferable
• Good spoken and written Turkish Language Skills
• Basic knowledge of standard PC hardware
• Basic knowledge of Windows Software
• Good Telephone Manner
• Ability to problem solve in a stressful environment
• Ideally have previously worked in an implementation role or Help Desk /Support role
• Microsoft Accreditation would be an advantage
• Clean driving license
