-Manage, administer, co-ordinate, programme and monitor all activities including the activities of the consultants, contractors, direct procurement suppliers associated with the design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, completion, handing over from the Contractor to the Client.
-Lead the Project management team in order to prepare schedules in a timely manner identifying when design information is required for ordering, construction or other purposes and co-ordinate this with the Design Program to mitigate potential delays.
-Manage and monitor the delivery on time to the Contractor of all the required documents for construction and other purposes and the prompt response to queries raised and requests for information or approval made by the Contractor.
-Monitor the Quality Control services.
