Tasks:
The Business Development Assistant has the following responsibilities:
- Assisting to prepare tenders in the bid management process
- Assisting with searching of partners and experts using the structured techniques and analysis systems
- Preparing expressions of interest, shipment, compliance and production
- Management and checking for compliance of administrative documents of company and partners for each tender
- Printing of proposals, hand delivering of tenders and creation of the folders
- Assisting of the team interviews
- Assisting with contract management of tenders
- Obtaining proper cooperation with technical Advisors
- Updating of Project Preparation Reports and other data input
- Undertaking other data collection and input tasks to Unit records
Qualifications:
- Strong compliance management
- Experience in the sectors of the Unit
- Able to demonstrate strong planning, project management and people skills
- Work ethics, dynamism and ability to cope with multiple tasks
- Ability and flexibility to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, French an advantage
