Commercial Operations Manager

Our client is a global player and pioneer in the area of solar energy and embedded in a large and financially strong worldwide corporation. With several projects realized in Turkey they now decided to open an office in Istanbul. Therefore we are looking for a Commercial Manager.

… who will be one of the key persons to conduct the new established office in Turkey.

Tasks:

• Implementation of short- & midterm business strategies
• Analyse and realize strategic and operational finance planning
• Govern and follow responsively set finance targets
• Support accounting and balancing according to Turkish GAAP
• Create and optimize all processes and procedures
• Organization development according to the growth of the company
• Stay in close cooperation and communication with the HQ in Germany

Requirements:

• University degree of BA, in economics or equivalent is a must
• At least 5 years experience in an international company in a commercial/finance position
• More than 3 years of profound leadership and management experience in an international environment
• Excellent Knowhow in the management of business processes and structures as well as prudent act and behavior
• Excellent financial business acumen to make business processes and structures clear and guarantee their compliance
• Turkish language and English is a must (fluent in both), verbal and written business German ideal
• Competent and friendly approach on all hierarchical levels
• High integrity, result oriented and reliable partner to the International Senior Management
• Hands-on mentality and Team-player
• Very good knowledge of MS office and SAP
