Customer Relations - Key Account

Our client employees globally over 5.000 people in 8 countries and is an international European communication center, providing expertise in building and maintaining personalized relationships for their clients, brand names and business.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person who has experience in customer relations, especially in the call center industry.

What the responsibilities are:

• Ensure further growth of international client on the Turkish market
• Establishment and maintenance of business contacts and networks
• Tender organization and realization
• Contract negotiations
• Close relation with Public Relations/Marketing
• Representation at business events/congresses

What you brin along:

• Native level of Turkish – effective verbal and written communication on all levels, both internally and externally
• Excellent English skills in written and spoken form including presentations and negotiation skills
• Additional language skills are beneficial, German will be plus
• Minimum 3 - 5 years sales experience on a professional B2B basis
• Experience and good network within customers in the care/call center industry
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasked
