Customer Representative

Our client is one of Turkey's most successful, young and entrepreneurial companies in the real estate industry, established in 2006. Today, they are working in partnership with more than 40 reputable Turkish property developers who can jointly offer more than 200 different projects. 

They cater for every property need, from investment properties to holiday homes and from luxury villas to retirement houses for their customers who are mainly from the GCC countries and Middle East. 

In order to ensure continuing growth, they are continuously searching the new talented team members who want to move things forward and bring new perspective and innovative ideas. We are looking for "Customer Representative" will be responsible for carrying out daily operations of after sales unit.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Following up customer debts and payments, interacting with them when necassary,
• Carrying out the relationship and realizing the tasks between the company and the public institutions (land registry, tax offices etc.),
• Completing the after sales-related processes outside the office building by gathering relevant customers,
• Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects,
• Maintaining and devising office systems, including filing, data management etc.,
• Providing necessary information to callers and customers,
• Meeting customers and directing them to the correct employees on entering organization,
• Dealing with queries or requests from the customers,
• Disseminating information through telephone, websites and e-mail,

Required Skills

• Advanced English is a must, Arabic will also be welcomed,
• Turkish or International driving licence (Class B) is requisite,
• Maximum 30 years of age,
• Especially written communication skill in Turkish is required for non-Turkish citizens,
• MS Office literacy,
• Being very well at customer relations, team play, comunication
