...to further grow and support the technical sales team we are looking for an experienced and highly supportive Internal Tech. Support Expert/Supervisor.

 Job Responsibilities: 

• supporting and consulting sales team members and clients
• via phone
• with technical trainings
• maintenance educations
• translates technical and marketing information
• updates knowledge by participating national and international educational opportunities
• participates planning and execution of sales activities and making recommendations
• prepares individual offers and takes care of keeping the promise
• national and international guarantee- and complaint management
• gathering market information and communicate to HQs
• participate in the search and selection of new sales consultants
• onboarding and training of new colleges

Skills and Qualifications: 

• ...the person we are looking for shall have a mechanical technical background and highly developed problem solving skills with an servants attitude.
• You will teach and support clients and the sales team with mechanical and technical information, process improvement, maintenance trainings, testings and you will deal with performance tuning in a nonhirarchical environment.
• You shall have experience in international reporting and excelent skills to transfer knowledge, explain issues and troubleshooting on the phone
• You have SAP data entry skills and understand customer service
• Our company language is English (German would be an asset)
