MENA Regional Sales Manager

Our client is an international leading call center.

For their fast growing business we are looking for a MENA Regional Sales Manager, who is tech savvy, creative, outgoing, well organized and with a proven track record of success in sales and people management to the satisfaction of our client’s customer, who is a major player on the internet.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated.

• Strive to maximize department revenue and meet or exceed individual and team targets
• Coach, train, develop and assist in career development at the individual and team level
• Regularly monitor individual productivity metrics
• Develop and monitor performance plans to include developing action plans based on daily, weekly and monthly analysis of all performance metrics and report to senior management
• Assist with hiring and workforce planning
• Continuously analyze and evaluate departmental productivity and identify opportunities for improvement of systems and processes
• Work to build a team environment with strong morale, positive energy, consultative and goal-oriented culture

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Arabic and English (Turkish is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree (Master Degree is a plus)
• Experience in outbound sales management/business development (minimum 1 year)
• Ability of leadership, team building and people management (minimum 1 year)
• Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans
• Ability to manage resources and learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, entrepreneur with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
• Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape
