Our client is a leading international manufacturer of wire solutions and operating in the White Goods business. Developing and manufacturing wire products is the companies core competence.
As a leading German player in this industry segment, we are seeking an experienced “Operations Manager” at their Turkey production facility located in Çerkezköy.
This individual will manage and direct all plant / production, maintenance, quality activities. The ideal candidate must have highly experienced in production surroundings in the similar industry.
- Maintain on-time scheduling, production, and deliveries
- Drive continuous improvement for all aspects of the operations and facilities
- Modern production technology knowledge and commissioning new investments.
- Ensure that regular production reports are created/maintained
- Maintain quality, environment, health and safety regulations.
- Directly reporting in German to headquarter in Germany
- Promote a successful, team-oriented workforce
Aranan Nitelikler
- BSc, Mechanical or relevant engineering degree
- Fluency in German is essential and English is a plus.
- Over 5 years production management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Highly driven, resilient, assertive, solutions oriented
- Exhibit strong leadership skills within a manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge about quality, environmental, health and safety management systems
