Real Estate Sales Manager (Ultra Lux Segment)

Our client is a leading group company in Turkey, established in the mid 80ies specializing in management of general distributions of international brands in Turkey. Now, after more than 30 years of very successful history the company employs almost 1.000 people and they are proud that they made themselves a name as innovative leaders and high end quality leaders in everything they do. 

After their success in other fields they now started to develop unique, real upper class housing projects in prime and still green locations in Istanbul. Together with international architects they cooperate with brand products to not only call their developments first class but real provide this in every detail and be, once again, “one step ahead”. 

For this, and other projects signed and started already, we are looking for an experienced and very result oriented… …who is familiar with the Besiktas/Levent/Etiler/Ulus/Mecidiyeköy… area, a person who wants to make him/herself a name with this project, not in the mass production or pret a porte but in the “haute couture” of project development. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a presentable, discreet and outgoing, enthusiastic individual who can develop and serve high-end clientele for this special boutique project (vertical Village). 
Someone who has a track record of success when it comes to high-end product sales, follow up in a discrete but diligent stile and disciplined way, suitable to these sophisticated national and international clients, which have to be developed.

Requirements:

• Knowing the upper end real estate housing market and regulations, as well as bureaucracy in Istanbul especially in the mentioned area would be an asset
• You bring along valuable sales experience for luxury products and you have an established network related
• You are a proactive, highly diligent person who knows how to communicate well with special and sophisticated individuals in a polite, but result & goal-orientated manner.
• You are analytical and understand realities of possible clients
• You have experience and know what is “value sales” and “market leadership”
• You have a related education and degree in marketing or economy from a reputable university or equivalent experience.
• We are looking for a person with at least 5 years’ experience in the field, otherwise more than 8 years’ experience in upper class sales
