Our customer is a food producer, mainly supplying their over decades trustworthy and very satisfied national and international customers in the food - pharmaceutical- and other industries with innovative and surly certified products from a fully equipped and automated production line.

They are embedded in a strong group of companies which grows continuously over already three generations in Turkey. The group is managed by the owners who lead the companies in a direct but corporate manner and strife for professionalism in everything they do together with their long term employees. For their up and running, recently enlarged facility we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager

Required Skills

Responsible for:

  • Export and Local Market sales
  • Planning and achieving sustainable internal & external sales targets in accordance to the company strategy
  • Marketing and promotions
  • Communication and management of sales and the product line between customers, production planning, finance and all related issues
  • Following and tracking the market and competitors, reporting to the General Manager and bringing ideas as well as possible strategies to react to market changes, needs and wants
  • Supporting and managing distributors so that they can reach their targets

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Next to a Food Engineering degree from a reputable University we look for a person with at least 5-8 years sales & marketing experience in food industry environment.
  • Fluent in English, second language would be appreciated
  • National and International travel is required
  • MS Office
  • No military obligations for male candidates
