Foreign Trade Specialist

Reporting to Operation and Supply Chain Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for;

• Organizing and following up import/export operations and documentations from the beginning to the end.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping Company for scheduling timely cargo delivery and shipments.
• Preparing all necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective, lawful execution of all import/export activities.
• Tracking and filing supplier/ buyer accounts, contracts and agreements.
• Working with other departments in order to establish import/export reports to assist sales and operating functions.
• Managing communication with related agencies like DTM, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health, Customs, DTS, Exchange, Associations etc.
• Ensure accurate and effective use of company resources in all operations management processes.
• Keeping records of import purchase/export sales data and preparing related weekly/monthly reports.
• Working under the KPI’s of delivery on time and required quantity.

We are currently seeking “Foreign Trade Specialist” who will serve the requirements of the Company with the following qualifications for our Levent location.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade /Logistics,
• At least 4 years of experience in related field,
• Preferably OE Global Automotive experience,
• Very good command of English both written and spoken, second language is an asset,
• Experience in import and export documentation,
• Having knowledge on the Web Edi and customer portal,
• Knowledge of Logo Tiger,
• Good communication and planning skills,
• Analytical minded and initiative taker,
• Good decision making and problem solving ability,
• Driving license is a requirement,
• No travel restrictions. (Locally and internationally)
