Job description

Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for;

• Profit and loss of Child Products Category,
• Preparation of yearly sales plan, forecasts and supporting the team in order to make the annual sales budget,
• Managing the distribution channels and relevant activities,
• Carrying out all the project processes within the child retail channel,
• Managing the relationship with existing and potential retail customers,
• Preparing the proposals, making benchmarkings and sales analysis,
• Building and implementing new nursery industry strategies and activities,
• Following up new modernization projects in nursery industry.

We are currently seeking “Retail Child Products Category Manager” to be a part of our Sales and Marketing team who will be responsible from the distribution channels of Child Safety Products. Candidates will serve the requirements of the Company with the following qualifications for our 4.Levent location.

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing regarding to nursery industry,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Good communication skills and good at negotiating,
• Self discipline and self motivated,
• Analytical minded, flexible, goal oriented and initiative taker,
• Ability to act as a good team player and good at team management,
• Driving license is a requirement,
• No travel restrictions. (Locally and internationally)

Experiences and Professional Background:

• An experience about retail product management,
• Having the technical knowledge for customer relationship management, marketing strategies, activities,
• An experience about nursery industry.
