OEM / OES Sales & Project Manager

Job description

Reporting to the Head of Automotive Division Managing Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for;

• Preparation of yearly sales plan, sales budget, forecasts and strategic sales plan together with the team
• Carrying out all the project processes with national and global OE (Original Equipment) customers
• Managing key accounts on a high level customer relationship basis in Turkey and Export Markets
• Building efficient relationships with existing and potential OE customers
• Building and implementing company marketing strategies to enhance our brand value and competitiveness in the OEM market
• Organizing product development activities in line with market needs in collaboration with the Product Development teams
• Following and implementing the new modernization projects in automotive industry, 
• Supervise the correct OE project developments following the APQP guidelines with full responsibility over Gross Margin, Quality and leadtimes of the projects
• Coaching and developing the different account/project responsibles

The main purpose of the role is to develop and manage the sales strategies in the Global and National OEM markets ensuring that the technical and commercial interests are aligned to Company's strategy.

We are currently seeking "Head of Global OEM / OES Sales & Project Manager" to be part of our Sales & Marketing team who will serve the requirements of the Company with the following qualifications for our Levent Location.

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, industrial or chemical engineering,
• At least 8 years of experience in sales and project management within the automotive industry,
• Ability to engage and motivate team members and reach high team performances,
• Very good command of English both written and spoken, any additional language is a plus
• An experience with OE project management and a good understanding of the APQP Guidelines.
• Good customer relationship management,
• Good product and process knowledges of  rubber part manufacture,
• Excellent communication and negotiation kills,
• Analytical minded, flexible, goal oriented and initiative taker,
• Ability to use ERP / MRP / CRM systems,
• Holder of a car Driving license,
• No travel restrictions. (Locally and internationally)
