KAM – Retail is responsible for developing sales Shell retail sales in Turkey,developing DoDo business through distributor and RBA business with Shell retail as well as developing a positive relationship with Shell retail KAM is responsible for customer satisfaction among the customers and to develop new business.
Responsibilities and essential tasks
· Set annual sales and profitability budget targets which are aligned with the overall objectives for KTR.
· Plan, present and launch products and sales & marketing activities that will lead to the realization of agreed objectives.
· Secure the planned promotions are implemented and measured.
· Pro-actively take corrective actions in case realized results are off track with expectations.
· Work on profitability by adding / changing products, pricing etc
· Coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders.
· Maintain and develop good standards and customer satisfaction.
· Identify and feed back on new product developments and competitor activities
· Distributor management
· Take part in global Shell project and meetings on request from GM TR and/or VP EMEA
· Develop Shell business in neighboring countries.
