Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum is looking for a candidate for ''Reservations Agent'' position.
LOCATION: Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay  Bodrum MUĞLA
DEPARTMENT: Revenue and Reservations.
START: April 2016

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and rate availability.
• Ensure clients’ satisfaction and adherence to Kempinski service standards.
• Follow internal credit policy.
• Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.
• Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.
• Follow the internal up-sell program for Reservations department.

COMPETENCIES

• BA or BS Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in similar position, preferably in a 5 star hotel chain.
• Excellent oral and written skills in both Turkish and English.
• Additional language is beneficial.
• Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), Opera central systems knowledge.
• Good communicator and good listening skills.
• Ability to work in flexible hours and to work under pressure.
