Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum is looking for a candidate for ''Reservations Supervisor'' position.
LOCATION: Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum MUĞLA
DEPARTMENT: Revenue and Reservations.
START: April 2016

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train, develop, and motivate staff to increase productivity.
• Ensure all sellable contracted rates are loaded in all systems for ease of use by Reservations.
• Ensure all internal package breakdowns are loaded and in line with financial department.
• Supervise the Reservations Agents in their daily duties, including pick-ups, travel agents’ commissions, staff responses to clients, etc.
• Control no show and late cancellation charges.
• Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.
• Prepare reports on a monthly basis.
• Maintain all reservation standards.
• Monitor reservation pick-up for the coming months.

COMPETENCIES

• BA or BS Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum two (2) years experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5 star hotel chain.
• Excellent oral and written skills in both Turkish and English.
• Additional language is beneficial.
• Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), Opera central systems knowledge.
• Good communicator and good listening skills.
