A client-oriented company, LAMP 83 is a specialist lighting manufacturer, dedicated to design, develop, project and manufacture standard & custom made LED solutions and other traditional luminaires for retail stores, shopping centers, business premises, hotels, residentials and other public buildings. Manufacturing capacity of more than 1.000.000 luminaires every year in its factory which has 22.000 m2 area in total and exporting to over 40 countries, controlling the light, cost savings and energy efficiencies are paramount for LAMP 83  as are quality, economic life and reliability.

 

Job Description – Export Trade Manager

 

LAMP 83’s export trade manager to be responsible for:

 

· To manage all export & foreign trade operations of the company including management of whole export department staff,

· To deliver & implement overview strategy and to reach the agreed targets & financial budgets for each territory,

· To manage all existing distributors & sales agencies of the company in order to facilitate development of business in their territories and to define & determine & implement the sales and marketing strategies for each of them to maintain strong, collaborative relationships

· To look at the countries & markets, mostly including but not limited to European & Middle East countries where we are not represented, in order to find credible distributors & sales agencies in these territories and then to construct and implement sales strategies,

· To monitor the needs of the existing markets and trends to contribute to market analysis and to demand  appropriate products & solutions to meet those needs,

· To manage all export accounts day-to-day, prioritising internal and external deadlines and delivering on actions on time and completely to enable effective delivery of the country plans, financial budgets and the goods to the relevant parties,

· To collaborate and coordinate activity within the company with internal departments to develop export trade business in abroad countries and to deliver company’s business priorities. 

Required Skills

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree –  Engineering, Business Administration or International Business or equivalent

· Proven track record in export sales, sales operations, distributors network in foreign markets, including evaluating, onboarding, transitioning partners and negotiating agreements.

· Strong communication skills and follow through.

· Fluent in English, second language is also welcomed (especially German / Russian)

· Analytical, detail-oriented organizational skills

· Excellent presentation skills

· Ability to motivate and influence his own staff and to solve problems

· Has no problem to travel abroad frequently

· Ability to manage and motivate distributor network

· Computer literate (Microsoft Office suite, ERP software preferred)

· B Grade Turkish driving licence or equivalent

· Habitant in Anatolian side of Istanbul
