Process all guest check-in and check-out operations, verifying guest identity and form of payment, assigning room, activating and issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Supply guests with directions and property information. Accommodate guest requests,contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees. Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns. Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

- Possess a good command of the English language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
- A University Degree or in the process of receiving one.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Receptionist/Supervisor in a luxury market.
- Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
