Assistant Operations Specialist

Luxist is a luxury brand consultancy and distributor. We have over 25 years global experience working with some of the finest brands in the world, building and refining our knowledge, network and resources. We are now seeking an entrepreneurial minded and highly creative Assistant Operations Specialist to support and develop both local and international projects. 

• Providing personal/executive support to the CEO and Director when needed,
• Ensuring the complete operations of the company is running like clockwork through coordinating, organizing, scheduling appointments, events, meetings, business travels, and/or similar activities,
• Prioritizing, developing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is includes research and presentations for new business opportunities as well as supporting the management of existing brands.
• Organising and budgeting events, working closely with PR to maintain effective media communication and strategy. Overseeing social media content and blog updates.
• Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Related Field,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Administrative/Project Management/Personal Assistant/Operations role,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken, English and Turkish, ability to perform accurate translations,
• High proficiency in MS Office and good understanding of social media,
• Advanced organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and deadlines,
• Willing to travel local and internationally when necessary,
• Having a good grasp of office management, able to take initiatives and solve problems,
• Proactive and positive thinker who is solutions oriented, eager to learn and open to development,
• Military Service must be completed for male candidates.
