FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Missions :

Responsible for overall the restaurants, bar, and eventsoperations

Optimises restaurant and barprofits

Participates in menu elaboration in association with the executive chef, and the general manager

Detailed responsabilities :

Produces and controls budgets, food and beveragespurchases,

Responsible for pricing in association with the executive chef and the GM

Responsible for food cost and beverage cost

Analyses costs, profitability, gratuities, sales figures ; and reports monthly to the GM

Responsible for POS administration

Responsible for planning restaurant/bar events (musical, artistic, …)

Hires, manages, trains, disciplines based on local legislation and motivates the F&B team.

Evaluates and develops staff talent

Set daily and weekly work schedules

Conduct Daily and weekly F&B meetings

Ensure all departmental operations manual are prepared and updated regularly

Establish good partnerships with suppliers

Handle oral and written guest complaints in prompt and courteous manner

Ensure the quality of customer care, creates the best dining/lunching experience possible for customers.

Upholds the company's standards

Is guarantor of Mama Shelter’s image and reputation

Is responsible for health, safety, hygien, and alcoholic standards and compliance
