Job Description

• Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T as part of ensuring Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.

• Respond to Resident needs and requests as directed.

• Offer a warm, sincere and personalized welcome to all as Residents and serve them

• Act as a guide when Residents or guests ask for direction and physically assist them to their destination within the residences or hotel.

• Communicate all important Residences details to management and colleagues.

• Arrange tickets for theatre, sporting events and local attractions, make and confirm dining reservations when requested and log information.

• Update Residential information, unit owners, and apartments for contact purposes and preferences on a weekly basis.

• Maintain a daily sheet (via GoConcierge) of all requests, reservations and confirmations for residents. Check daily to make sure that resident requests have been fulfilled and completed.

• Assist in the coordination of all in-house residential services to include package and newspaper delivery, dog walking, car washing/detailing, message taking, plant watering, etc.

• Assist with move-ins and move-outs, certificates of insurance, reserving move in/out date’s requests.

• Oversee and update list of parking transponders given to residents/tenants.

• Understand, input, walk and see through completion, HOTSOS requests.

• Work with vendors to make sure that they are on site when indicated and they finish their work in a timely, clean manner.

• Assist with scheduling of Residence Service Agent colleagues.

• Coordinate and provide residential unit access, as directed.


• Report all suspicious persons or activities and hazardous or unsafe conditions to the management immediately.

• Keep in touch with RSA and make sure that cars arrive for residents in a timely manner on a daily basis. Act as liaison between vendors and service delivery to residents.

• Review, on a daily basis, all Residential Common Areas/ Lounge area to ensure that they remain in a neat and professional manner.

• Assist with projects that are of a reasonable request by the Managers.

• Maintain a consistent and sufficient level of brochures, maps and handouts.

• Arrange for package delivery and pickup for residents.

• Two years luxury hotel concierge experience.

• Excellent overall communication skills both written and verbal in the English language.

• Able to multi-task and remain composed at all times.

• Able to work well in a team environment

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.

• Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization and effective time-management skills.

• Must have very strong knowledge of the restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, shows and attractions in the area around Bodrum.

• Flexible schedules and hours, willingness to work on weekends & holidays is required.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
