• Presents a good image to the guests by appearance and attitude
• Handles online reservation requests
• Keeps accurate and updated information on Opera Reservation System
• Follows Reservation / Sales Departments policy & procedures
• Assist guests for their requests and keep them satisfied during the entire stay
• Ensures information flow between the guests and other departments
• Provides genuine hospitality utmost
• Acts as ambassador of the hotel
• Supports sales and front office manager

• Female or male
• 25-35 years
• University degree
• English is a must, second language is an asset
• Min 5 years similar experience at hotels
• Pleasant pyhsical appearance
• Flexible working hours
• Opera experience is an asset
