TOP MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

marmassistance  is seeking an executive assistant to take an active role in the below mentioned job description:

• Assist board of management in day to day routine of work,

• Answer calls and keep track of the schedule of board of management,

• Organize meetings,

• Make regular daily / monthly / weekly reportings,

• Book flight tickets, make reservations at hotels, when required,

• Follow memberships to corporate magazines; renew at due deadlines,

• Take active role as assistant in the reporting of meetings,

• Make translations from EN to TR or vice versa; from EN to GER or vice versa; if capable,

• Follow visa approvements of managersand work in colloboration with third parties

• BA  / vocational degree in faculty of letters, school of social sciences of reputable universities,

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant,

• Fluent in English; German is an asset,

• Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools,

• Have good skills of time management,

• Have strong communication skills,

• Self-disciplined, motivated,

• Military service must be completed for male candidaates,

• Team player,

• Have strong work ethic,

• Residing on the Anatolian side is preferred.
