Job Description

• Complete final breakdown of function, by cleaning the room, and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location.
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, locking doors, breaking down goods, etc. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
• Transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Provide guests with the highest standards of food and beverage service on all functions.
• Record transactions in MICROS system.

•          2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism  Management
•          Minimum 2 years experience in Food and Beverage Services or related professional area in an international hotel chain
•          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•          Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks
•          Result driven, proactive and reliable personality
•          Excellent command of English
•          No military obligation for male candidates / at least 2 years postponement
