*Fluent in English and speaks German

*At least 5 years experience in position

*Active usage, MS Office programs

*Experienced in Filing and following up on paperwork subjects,

*Archiving, filing, and document tracking experience.

*Successful in human relations, strong communication skills and representation ability

*Articulate

*Good  team player,

*Easily adapted to intensive working hours,
