Job Description
Quality – Cost- Schedule – Delivery-Development management by objectives.
- Check and approve part quality targets and QA file prepared by project quality engineer.
- Implement and monitor product/process productivity & margin plan from K/O to customer SOP.
- Check customer orders and give feedback to Sales,validate purchase requests.
- Coordinate and lead process/product development activities.
- Ensure effective planning for internal and external investments and participate in developments.
- Lead project team in compliance with development guide, arbitrate decisions with PM.
- Lead weekly project reviews and follow-up action plan in a pro-active way.
- Organize and lead customer project reviews ensuring quality/schedule/cost/delivery targets.
- Co-ordinate planning, manufacturing and delivery process of parts requested by the customers.
- Plan Full production runs and collect results to check fulfillment of trial with objectives.
- Compile and capitalize past project experience information with other departments (FMEA)
- Determine commitment for customer modification needs and requirements.
- Participate to benchmarking activities.

Required Skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken ENGLISH (French is an asset)
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industry, Chemistry, Aeronautical, Mecatronics Engineering)
- MS Project & Office program applications knowledge
- Project Management experience (preferably in automotive industry)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking capability
- ISO-TS 16949 and ISO 14001 knowledge
- Active user of problem solving methods and project reporting
- Pro-active management
- Customer and result oriented work
- Good communication skills,persuasive,persistent until getting result
- Team leadership capacity
- No travel constraint (abroad)
- Preferably residing in (or nearby) Kocaeli and Istanbul Asia side
- No military obligations for male candidates.
- Driving license B possession
- Non-smoker (preference)
