Customs Compliance Control – Project Responsible

İş Tanımı

Project team member responsible for coordination & implementation of customs processes.
Analyze all import & export processes, define to be processes, prepare design documents and other required documentation
Perform tests, prepare data for migration, give trainings and provide support to end users.
Perform all project related tasks at expected quality as defined in the project time plan, scope and other KPI’s
Coordinate internal and external parties for necessary project related activities.
Support existing team in tariff assignment and other customs & foreign trade issues when needed.
Support operations for situations requiring specific customs expertise when needed.
Follow up changes in customs legislation and internal procedures and evaluate their impact on the company.

University degree in Foreign Trade and/or Business Administration/Economics
3-5 years experience in foreign trade operations, specialist in his/her area, eager to deepen his/her knowledge in a very complex environment
Knowledge of and personal interest in customs & foreign trade legislation
Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Customs Brokerage license and experience in using customs related software is a plus
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Hard working, able to work in a team, self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills
Analytic thinking, ability to closely follow up topics against deadlines and ability to take initiative.
