Customs Compliance Control Responsible

- Participate in customs related projects (analyze all import export processes, define to be processes, prepare design documents and other required documentation, perform tests, give trainings and provide support to end users etc.).
- Support existing Customs Compliance Control team in HS codes assignment and other customs & foreign trade issues.
- Follow up changes in customs legislation and internal procedures and evaluate their impact on MBT
- Support operations for situations requiring specific customs expertise
- Perform customs ICS and other compliance related controls & follow ups when needed (declaration and HS code control etc.).
- Perform internal customs and foreign trade trainings to MBT personnel when needed.

- University degree in Foreign Trade and/or Business Administration
- 3-5 years experience in foreign trade operations, specialist in his/her area, eager to deepen his/her knowledge in a very complex environment
- Knowledge and personal interest in customs & foreign trade legislation
- A or B type Customs Brokerage license and expertise in HS Codes are a plus
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Hard working, able to work in a team, good communication and coordination skills
- Analytic thinking, ability to closely follow up topics against deadlines and ability to take initiative.
