Test Management

Daimler AG builds up an IT-Competence Center in Turkey. SAP & Rollout Shared Service (SR ShS) has two targets. In one hand; the Service for the SAP environment will be consolidated and on the other hand; the processes for all types of IT-Rollouts (SAP and NonSAP) will be standardized.

In the context of application development and operation (Service Delivery, Service Operation, Test Management and Rollout Projects) the worldwide activities will be bundled in the future within Mercedes Benz Türkiye A.Ş. The rollout factory will provide an industrialized model for rollouts to reduce cost and increase agility and quality for Europe Region.

For this challenge we are seeking new colleagues, who will support us in the Test Management.

•Lead testing team,

•Preparing detailed testing plans for rollout projects,

•Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals,

•Providing leadership, direction and guidance to the testing team, coach and mentor them by setting priorities and accomplishing goals,

•Ensure re-usability of test components across Daimler projects,

•Ensure quality and time to market within defined KPI's,

•Track progress and review testing tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately,

•Ensuring appropriate use of Daimler IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies,

•Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management,

•Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view.

Good understanding of IT processes and tools and capable of following policies and procedures of the company,

•Has to be a good team player who actively supports, provides feedback to employees and supports team development,

•Has a positive attitude, able to understand client needs and implement solutions,

•Takes responsibility of the tasks and strives for continuous improvement,

•Outside the box thinking and adaptability. Can pick up new approaches and apply them to his area of responsibility,

•Has an in-depth detailed knowledge of project management and is able to manage large projects. Able to do proper risk management,

•Can set-up his/her own network and long-term relationships. Understands stakeholders and is able to operate in a multi-cultural environment,

•Knowledge of IT quality standards and able to review and assess quality standards in the own working environment as well as assisting other colleagues in this regard,

•Good understanding of the existing technical solutions and their implementation,

•Good understanding of technical solutions and its influences on customer’s business,

•Project Experience: Experience in SAP Testing based on eCATT or SAP TAO using HP Testing tools,

- Experience in testing using SolMan 7.1 is a definite advantage,

- Experience in test strategy/design/ execution/planning for testing SAP applications ( defined service area ),

- Experience in the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC),

- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC),

•Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering Depts / Master Degree in Information technology or Engineering,

•Years of Experience: 6+

•Language: English and German.
