METRO PROPERTIES Turkey portfolio: A total land of 1.147.429 m², A total leasable area of 462.905 m², Total car park area for 21.298 vehicles, 9 Shopping Centers in Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Gaziantep, Izmit, Konya, Istanbul Kartal and Merter, and also 20 METRO Cash&Carry stores

Job Description :

• Reporting directly to the Head of Leasing Division
• Managing the lease agreements for the company and co-owners 
• Controlling invoices of the rentals and common area rents
• Preparing reports periodically and provides proactive support to shared functions
• Making alternative shop mixes for new projects
• Preparation of feasibility report of new shopping center areas for developers
• Working with Asset & Development Management departments for project developments or re-development projects
• Creating new or alternative shop mixes for the current projects
• Maintaining the coordination between the flat-owners and tenants
• Providing the coordination between the leasing department and other departments 
• Analyzing the turnover data of the tenants
• Operating the other general center management and leasing duties.

Qualifications :

•          University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or equivalent field of study,
•          8-10 years experience in retail market,
•          Experience in Shopping center management is an asset,
•          Ability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure,
•          Solid understanding of contract Management,
•          Strong written and spoken English language skills,
•          Proficiency in MS Office Programs, especially advanced level of excel knowledge,
•          Effective communication and negotiations skills,
•          Detail and result oriented, ability to think analytically,
•          No military obligation for male candidates.
