The service range also includes the energy management for the retail properties, facility management for the commercial, administrative and warehouse locations as well as the management of shopping centres in Germany, Poland and Turkey.

Project Manager
- Searching for development options of existing assets to exchange the current value of the assets,
- Coordinating the preparation of feasibilities,
- Searching for Co-Investers / Developers,
- Deal structuring with project stakeholders,
- Coordinating the investment file preparation,
- Leading the contract process together with legal division,
- Coordinating the realization process from scratch to completion in alignment with internal project stakeholders as well as external parties such as CC -developers, investors, service providers, municipalities,
- Coordinating the local sales process in alignment with Corporate Transaction Team,
- Monitoring & Reporting the progress
- Running the closing process by the completion of development.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Holding a reputable University degree from Civil Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration Faculties,
- At least 5-7 years of prior experience in real estate development ,
- Strong command of verbal and written English,
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking,
- Appraisal certificate is an advance,
- Driving license,
- No military service obligation for the male candidates.
