Financial Controller

Our client is a global leading Automotive Sector Company employing both in Turkey and abroad and we are looking for an; 
FINANCE CONTROLLER

The ideal candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and his/her responsibilities will be as following:
- Ensure that finance controls and procedures are correctly implemented;
- Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods;
- Controlling the payroll;
- Leading to process on preparation of profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet according to Turkish and US GAAP regulations;
- Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue;
- Leading budget and reporting activities;
- Reconciling bank statements and supervising tax procedures.

The ideal candidates need to have relevant Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years finance experience, 5 years of which in automotive sector. The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills in English, ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and statements. S/he needs to have knowledge of US GAAP, SAP and other Microsoft office programs and willingness to work result oriented. S/he needs to have leadership/responsibility in Finance & Controlling of a production plant.
