Our client is one of leading global asset management companies. In the context of the company's future development plans we are looking fo a:

PRIVATE BANKING PORTFOLIO MANAGER

The successful candidate is required to:

-To originate and manage a private banking portfolio of individuals with high-net worth;
-To consult and direct customers to company specialists for advice and implementation (Brokerage, Investment Management);
-To control and monitor risk within client book;
-To evaluate a client's financial data or investment objectives and recommends strategies based on the client's risk profile and personal financial statements;
-To build a referral network to ensure stream of new business prospects.

The ideal candidate is expected to have the following skills and qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;
- 8 to 15 years of experience in the field or in a related area;
- Strong relationship management skills and experience of managing and handling the sophisticated needs of an affluent or HNW client base, as well as building up a client and network base;
- Extensive Sales and Relationship Management experience gained in the banking and financial services industry;
- Strong asset-gathering capabilities, coupled with extensive knowledge of the region, a robust client network and strong technical skills will set the successful individual apart;
- Broad financial services experience and knowledge particularly in retails regulated products and services to mass and HNW market as well as asset management;
- Proven record of developing networks of target prospects and converting to clients;
- Sound knowledge of bank products and services and banking procedures, equity markets, unit trusts, treasury products, insurance based products and other personal investment services;
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field;
- Ability to work and coordinate multi-functions in an international company
- Advance use of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, Access;
- Advanced English language skills.
