Sales Engineer

Microtech Corp Inc. specializes in the value-added represantation/distribution of mil-aero, industrial, harsh environment connectors, connector accessories, and electro mechanical products. These products, combined with outstanding customer service have allowed Microtech Corp Inc. the opportunity to support the Military, Aerospace, Transit, and Industrial marketplace since 2007. 

We currently have a Sales Engineer position available in Ankara.  As a member of the Sales Team, you will build and maintain new customer relationships in the Turkish market.  The candidate shall effectively promote and sell our complete portfolio of products to a wide range of customers.

• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
• Work closely with President to ensure accurate pricing
• Accurately and quickly process customer transactions
• Generate new and repeat sales
• Increase sales by understanding the needs of the customer and the portfolio of products offered by Microtech Corp Inc.
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
• Make out-bound calls to potential new customers and track new business opportunities
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and pitch in where needed to assist the team

• Military, Aero Space and/or defense industry experience
• The self-discipline, skills and determination to meet and exceed goals
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
• Ability to think creatively and sell strategically
• Excellent communications skills
• Proficiency in English required
• Must be positive, persistent and professional

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and three years of field experience preferred
